Who is an unknown/ less famous signer of the Constitution and why was he important?

James McHenry, an Irish immigrant, represented Maryland at the Constitutional Convention. He later became Washington's last Secretary of War. Most people only know him because The Star-Spangled Banner was written at Fort McHenry, which was named for him.
