Where to auto dealers get parts for cars no longer in production?

I have a '94 Honda Prelude which I am trying to buy factory parts for (interior console panels, factory stereo, etc.). I found that some Honda dealer's websites have a parts department sectino where you can view the entire catalogue of parts and order what you need for any model year. My question is, if the car is no longer in production, where do these factory parts come from? Does Honda (or any auto maker for that matter) continue to manufactur OEM parts for their cars even if the car itself is no longer in production? The website I am visiting ures that the parts are 100% factory parts (and not produced by some third party manufacturer).
