Cancer Songs?

Every year i go to a camp for kids who have, are going though, and have survived cancer. They all are a huge inspiration to me, and I look forward to seeing them every year. This year they are having a talent show, as they do every year, however because this is the last year i will be attending the camp, I wanted to sing a meaningful song. All I'm looking for is a song that will prove my gratitude and admiration to all the kids and staff at the camp. Only two songs i can't take are Cancer- by MCR and Skin- by Rascal Flatts. Keep in mind there are young children at this camp so I don't want to sing something that will go way over their heads. If you could help me that would mean a great deal. <3
