Blackjack questions - What do you prefer doing with hard 16s against a 7,8,9,10,ace dealer card?

Of course you are supposed to hit your 16 against an Ace. You should always hit your 16 against a dealer's 7,8,9,10, or Ace (if no surrenders are offered). When to surrender is a little more complicated. I keep it simple and always surrender any hard 15 against a dealer's 10 and any hard 16 against a dealer's 9,10, or A (if allowed). When the dealer is holding a 7 they will only bust 26% of the time. When I have a 16 against a delaer's 7 I ALWAYS hit it. You will be much better off in the long run hitting it everytime rather than trying to predict the dealer's cards.
