Laptops: gma 4500 video graphics ok for youtube/internet browsing?

its hard to find a laptop that has a good graphiss card thats affordable for me...most have what I want but come with a intel gma 4500 graphics. Is 4500 good enough for basic home computing such as internet browsing, youtube, ms office, myspace,, etc? Thanks.
