What do you think the most important Amendment of the United States Constitution is?

The 1st Amendment is what holds our freedom together. Without it all of us would have gone to jail because we said something critical of some faction or the government. They are all important (excluding the 16th amendment) because without having the freedom to speak your mind you probably don't have your other freedoms as well and they probably wouldn't serve you as well.
