What do YOU think of affirmative action?

I personally think that at one time it may have been necessary...but...face it folks...those days are over. Obama says it should stay...if i was black...i would be offended that someone hired me only because the color of my skin...i would also be offended if they turned me down because the color of my skin. the right to sue for discrimination should stay but i think we should ditch the ole' quota bit. what do YOU think?
