Can I take a HIV test and be disqualified from the military?

I'm currently in the DEP. I ped the HIV/aides test about 10 months ago to get in the DEP. But about 8 weeks ago I had with a girl without a condom. And yesterday I was mad sick. Could i take a HIV test on my own? Or would the military disqaliy me?
