Can anyone pls tell me how too lose10 kgs as qiuckly as possible?.. i need a gd nutritionist?
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to lose weight slowly. I managed to shift about 10 kgs in 6 weeks. Breakfast I eat natural yoghurt and stir in fresh fruit. Lunch/dinner protein with some veg or salad and the other meal something like a jacket pot if I am hungry or a sandwich, small salad. I do have the odd unhealthy thing like a cake now and then. The aim is to eat well balanced meals and not to snack between, but if you have to snack then eat a piece of fruit. Drinks, I drink water, with a slice of fresh lemon or lime to make a change Also herbal tea (contains no tea) great hot or cold over ice. Good luck.
